Renowned Swedish provider of Live Casino products Evolution Gaming has recently accomplished another huge achievement, a development that is set to have a huge positive impact on its expansion bid in the United States. In a press release that was officially made public last week, the company announced that it had been awarded a conditional Interactive Gaming Manufacturer license by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
With the licenses, the gaming solutions provider will finally be able to deliver its Live Casino solution on behalf of both the online gambling sites and physical gambling facilities in the state. In addition to that, the conditional license that the company has been awarded also gives it the green light to proceed with its plans to build a live studio in the state. While the official launch date and the location of the Evolution studio are yet to be announced, the facility is set to push the company to greater heights especially considering the fact that Keystone State is one of the biggest gambling markets in the country.
As it turns out, Evolution Gaming’s venture into the country was primarily motivated by the increased demand for Live Casino services. This is evidenced by the growing number of states where various forms of gambling have been legalized and are regulated.

We are delighted to be further expanding our U.S. operations by opening a standalone studio in Pennsylvania to serve both online operators and land-based casinos in the state. In Pennsylvania, Evolution Gaming is the very first Live Casino solutions provider to obtain a license. this means that all of the state’s gambling operations may soon be able to boost their offerings with Evolution’s Live Casino products should they choose to do so.
Further Expansion in the United States
Evolution previously received a “preliminary waiver” to launch its platform in New Jersey, where it went on to build its studio. The company now has plans to further expand its Atlantic City-based studio to nearly doubles its original size. This expansion is expected to allow more United States gambling license holders to create even more dedicated tables and environments. Moreover, the operators will also be able to significantly expand their games portfolio.
The United States aside, Evolution Gaming has also been making tremendous strides in the European market through lucrative commercial deals with a number of high-profile companies including Novomatic Interactive’s Greentube arm. There are also a number of additional partnerships in the works.
